Web Site Updates (05/10/2006):

    As you may have noticed, www.Montana-Artists.com is under-going a period of rapid construction. We've added a few new features and have upgraded and enhanced several others. Read on for more information:

Edit Photos

    Artists, Galleries and Museums can now upload photos of themselves. This new feature, available when you log on, allows users to upload photos in a photo gallery format. You can add as many as you like, and can put them in whatever order you'd like. The 1st image listed will be the primary image displayed on your listing.

Community Pages

    We've added a new community page for each city/town with artists, galleries or museums in them. We've included some information about each town including photos where available. We've also added a calendar of events to this page, listing events for the town. We'd like to make these pages as useful as we can, if you have photos you'd be willing to share, or additional information we don't have listed, please contact our webmaster.

Fixes and Such

• We fixed a long standing problem with thumbnail images displaying much smaller and distorted
• Fixed layout problems that caused the web site to scroll vertically
• Updated calendar of events layout
• Fixed stats to accurately record page views, redirects and artwork page views

Links and Web Sites

    We've added a new requirement for artists, galleries and museums, that requires each user to link there web site back to www.Montana-Artists.com. This link is referred to as a reciprocal link. Please update your web sites as quickly as you can, doing allows Montana-Artists.com to continue offering great services to its users.

    Not providing a reciprocal link will require our webmaster to disable the link to your web site. Our webmaster will start checking web sites for compliance on June 10th, 2006, and will randomly check on a regular basis. Thank you to those of you who have had a link to us from the beginning!
