    Shelley Bisom Hunter is a Montana native, raised in Helena. Her art has been shown in several prominent galleries throughout the West. She has also displayed her art at the Montana Governor's Mansion.

    Shelley received her Art Degree from Carroll College in Helena. She has continued her studies at the Helena Art Center and under several nationall acclaimed artists.

    She is accomplished in several mediums, including pastel and oil, however is best known for her watercolors. "I find watercolors a challenge. I've learned to control the mudium over the years, yet there is still that element of surprise".

    Shelley has received several awards for her art. She now resides in Stevensville, MT with her husband, Tim. They own and operate the Bitterroot River Bed and Breakfast.
