I'm Billings, Montana born and bred. I use Dingo as my "pen" name, "brush" name, "welding tip" name, etc. It's my nickname and I use it to sign all my artwork. I'm not a painter or scuptor but an artist. I work in many genres so I have the freedom to say what I want, when I want. I was a welder/mechanic for about 15 years, was injured, and retrained to get a degree in art education. Today, i'm fortunate to be a high school teacher. So, in my "spare" time, I dabble in a lot of different medias from welded steel to ceramics and watercolor. I seem to see things, or "feel" things a little differently than some. My hope is to bring a little life to my subject and a chance for others to feel it also.
