Kiana Fecteau has been artistic since she was a child. She dabbled in oil paints and acrylics as a teenager becoming serious about painting in 1997 when a friend introduced her to watercolors.
Kiana now works in watercolor, acrylic, latex and oil, painting anything from miniatures to large trompe l-oeil murals. She has shown her work in numerous art exhibits and had the opportunity to paint a life-sized fiberglass bear as a fundraiser project for the University of Montana.
Kiana is the secretary for the Stevensville Art and Sculpture Society (S.A.S.S.), a nonprofit organization that supports public art and provides opportunities for artists to present their work. Check out the S.A.S.S. website at SASSart.org.
