Her work incorporates striking color, mood and composition to give dramatic impact to all of her pieces of art. Mrs. Coston enjoys discovering beauty that already exists in the world and preserving it, or altering images in a subtle fashion to create a feeling of surrealism. Her photographic artwork has been popular in her local area for several years, and she has very recently been discovered and is branching out at a national level. All prints are hand-signed by the artist. All photographs are carefully crafted using 35mm and medium format transparency film or high-resolution digital cameras. They are then printed as the highest-quality Giclee' prints on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, a resin-based paper that is noted for its unmatched archival quality - fade resistant for at least 70 years. The artist oversees the entire process from conception to realization and only markets those pieces of art that conform to her highest standards.
