It started out with long-neck dinosaurs whose necks were far too long and horses that resembled cows. As my family was not in a position to get art lessons for me, I had to teach myself for my childhood years. But when I entered high school and started taking art classes, my passion for art intensified even more. Last semester I had the opportunity to embark on a study abroad program in Venice, Italy through Flathead Valley Community college. I lived in Venice for almost 4 months (January 2010 - April 2010). The things I learned, saw, breathed and painted have sculpted me as a person, and my artistic abilities in ways I cannot even explain. My time in Venice was truly a life changing, once in a life-time experience. I lived in Portland, Oregon until I was 8, then my family moved here to Montana. I had loved horses my whole life but when we moved to the country the possibility of owning horses became a reality. After I got my first horse I was hooked; I had caught the horse bug. For approximately seven years now I have avidly ridden, shown and trained horses. Through a program in 4H called Colt to Maturity I purchased a six month old filly and have done all the training on her by myself for six years now.
