My love for photography relies on it's ability to capture scenes most realistically. Whether they are staged, or random moments in time people believe what they see in photographs - giving the photographer the freedom to either altar the viewers perception of reality; or make them aware of things that readily exist in the world around them. Photography marks a moment in time. Whether it's the way a silo in a field looks right before the sun sets, or a man tearing up as his only daughter walks down the isle - there is just something magical about capturing such moments and sharing them with the world, and it is my job to do just that. I look for the honest, uninhibited moments in life that best represent the people/places that I photograph.
