I enjoy experimenting with several mediums, but focus mainly on acrylics. The diversity of acrylics is very appealing to me as it allows for a wide variety of techniques. Sometimes I use a palette knife or a textured canvas; at other times I use a brush to paint with softer, more transparent effects. Which method I end up using depends on where I am, both mentally and physically, and the subject that inspired me.
