Bearly Art combines the danger and noise of the chainsaw with the delicacy of fine art to produce beautiful carvings and sculptures. Many styles and variations have been made. A variety of native woods and other exotic woods are used to create special wildlife, native art, western and individually carved pieces.

During the day, you can find the master craftsman, Ernie Smith, busy with the chainsaw carving the special items that are created. Many out of town visitors and local folks stop by to observe, take photographs or movies, and to find their ‘special carving’.

Custom carving is available on site to make your tree or stump into a special mascot. Carvings can be seen worldwide that have been crafted here in Montana. Bearly Art is listed in the 1998-1999 ‘Made in Montana’ products directory published by the Montana Department of Commerce.

Come by, visit and enjoy the fine art created by the Montana craftsman in the Bitterroot Valley at Hamilton, Montana. Or check out our website: http://www.mtcyberdesign.com or http://art-montana.com.
